Curbside Pickup

The LRRF offers the Laramie community a much-needed curbside pickup program for recyclables. The pickup units are sold to interested citizens of Laramie for $150. This way, time and resources are not spent on providing a service to those who will not use it. Recycling unit purchasers are entitled to weekly pick-ups of their recyclables. Just roll the unit to the curb and we will do the rest! Call the LRRF to purchase your unit today!

Garbage Dump Recycling Service
Recycling Drop-off Area

For those who do not wish to participate in the curbside pick-up program offered by the LRRF, but still want to help the community and environment, large recycling containers are located in the parking lot of Walmart on Grand Avenue, as well as in the parking lot of the LRRF itself. These containers are meant for dropping off materials such as plastic, cardboard, glass, paper, aluminium, tin, steel, and electronics/batteries.

RESEARCH

The research conducted at the Laramie Recycling and Research Facility (LRRF) will be the most current and state of the art research done throughout the state of Wyoming. We will be tackling the most current recycling issues that the entire U.S faces such as recycling: plastics, metals, paper, and e-waste. We will help find different ways to better reduce, reuse, and recycle these materials along with disposing of them in an eco-friendly way. This research will be public for the community to see what we’re doing so that more people can find different ways they can do there part as well as seeing the other services and projects we’re providing.
